Important TapLook Uniform Policy Update Effective August 1

Dear TapLook Pros,

To strengthen TapLook’s professional image and provide a more consistent, trusted experience for our clients, we are introducing a new mandatory uniform policy across the entire TapLook Pro network.

Effective August 1, 2026, all TapLook Pros must wear the official new TapLook uniform when attending and completing every confirmed TapLook appointment. This requirement applies to all TapLook Pros, service categories, cities, and service locations across the TapLook system.

The official TapLook uniform must be worn for appointments provided in clients’ homes, hospitals, retirement residences, assisted living communities, senior living facilities, and all other approved service locations. TapLook Pros are expected to arrive wearing a clean, presentable, and properly maintained TapLook uniform.

Many TapLook clients are seniors, older adults, patients, and families arranging services for their loved ones. A clearly identifiable uniform helps clients, families, caregivers, hospital staff, and retirement residence teams recognize the TapLook Pro arriving for the appointment. It also provides greater confidence, consistency, and reassurance, especially when a TapLook Pro is visiting a client for the first time.

The new uniform represents TapLook’s commitment to professionalism, respect, safety, and dependable service. Every TapLook Pro represents the TapLook brand while completing a booking. Wearing the official uniform helps create a unified service standard and ensures that clients receive the same professional TapLook experience regardless of their city or assigned service provider.

Beginning August 1, TapLook Pros who arrive at an appointment without the required TapLook uniform may be considered non-compliant with TapLook service standards. Repeated failure to follow the uniform policy may affect future booking assignments, TapLook Pro status, or continued participation in the TapLook network.

TapLook Pros must ensure that their uniform is clean and in good condition before every appointment. The TapLook logo should remain clearly visible and must not be covered by unrelated branding. TapLook Pros should also maintain a professional overall appearance appropriate for serving seniors, patients, families, and healthcare or senior-living environments.

We understand that this is an important operational change, and we appreciate every TapLook Pro’s cooperation in preparing before the effective date. Please make sure that you have received or arranged your official new TapLook uniform in advance so that you are ready to meet the requirement beginning August 1.

This policy is being introduced not only to improve brand recognition but also to support the trust clients place in TapLook and our TapLook Pros. A professional uniform helps demonstrate that the person entering a client’s home or care facility is an approved TapLook Pro who is attending a confirmed service appointment.

Thank you for representing TapLook with professionalism, care, and pride. Your cooperation helps us continue building a trusted mobile beauty network for seniors and families across every community we serve.
